Lenovo IdeaTab S6000 tablet goes before FCC

Chinese computing giant Lenovo looks set to launch its up-coming IdeaTab S6000 in the US after it submitted the device before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on April 19.
According to liliputing, the device will be a budget-priced 10-inch tablet and we expect Lenovo to release in the US in the next month or so.

Colorfly launches 7-inch tablet thinner than iPad Mini

As far as big-brand names go, not too many will have heard of Colorfly… Read more outside of China but the tablet developer has just launched a new model thin enough to give the iPad mini something to think about.
According to pcpop.com, the new Colorfly U781 Q1 measures up just 6.8mm thick, well under the 7.45mm of the Apple seven-inch model.
The U781 Q1 features the new Allwinner A31S quad-core CPU combined with PowerVR’s dual-core SGX544 MP2 graphics processor unit (GPU).

New MK908 mini TV stick features RK3188 quad-core CPU

It looks like the first mini TV stick with Rockchip’s latest quad-core CPU has just hit the market.
Androidpc.es is reporting the first sighting of a new Tronsmart MK908 mini TV stick powered by the quad-core RK3188 processor, listed on Aliexpress for €69 (approx. $85).
The same unit has just been listed on eBay but for $100 including shipping.
The unit runs Rockchip’s RK3188 quad-core Cortex A9 CPU at 1.8GHz, cooled by a double heatsink and includes 2GB of DDR3 memory to play with.… Read more
