Inside the HTC One SV, you’ll find a decent mix of options, such as a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8960 chip powering the new model’s performance levels and a decent-sized 4.3-inch panel using Super LCD2 capacitive touchscreen technology with 480 x 800 pixels resolution.
Also, you get up to 1 GB of memory on-board, while gaming on that 4.3-inch display is powered by an Adreno 305 graphics core.
Internal storage is delivered through 8 GB of on-board flash while there’s microSD, up to 32 GB, to provide bulk space outside of the device. You get the latest version of Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich), upgradeable to 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) to run your favourite apps. And for power, the device includes a 1800mAh Li-Ion-type battery but unfortunately, no talk or standby times were available at time of publishing.
In addition, personal connectivity comes by way of Bluetooth v4.0 and wide area network connectivity comes in the form of 802.11 a/b/g/n-standard Wi-Fi. The device’s 2G network coverage includes the 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz bands and 3G is supported over 900 / 1900 / 2100MHz.
The main image sensor on the back of the device is a 5 MP (2592×1944 pixels) with autofocus type, while you get a more basic 1.6 MP unit on the front for video calls. The device also supports video recording up to 1080p@30fps.
The HTC One SV weights in at 122 grams and has external dimensions of 128 x 66.9 x 9.2 mm. The announcement date for this unit was back in November 2012.
