Inside, there’s a 5.0-inch panel with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution built from Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen screen tech, also its 5.0-inch panel is powered by the Adreno 320 core along side the Qualcomm APQ8064 Snapdragon chip.
You’ll find 16 GB (11 GB user available) of flash to play with on the inside while external storage for larger files is provided by microSD, up to 32 GB. There’s Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) with a planned upgrade to 4.2 to keep the CPU interested with the latest apps. And for power, the device includes a 2000mAh Lithium-polymer (non-removable)-type battery but unfortunately, no talk or standby times were available at time of publishing.
Next, Wi-Fi options abound with 802.11 a/b/g/n included in the design and if you need low-power personal wireless, Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP has that covered. The device’s 2G network coverage includes the 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz bands and 3G is supported over 850 / 2100 MHz.
The main image sensor on the back of the device is a 8 MP (3264×2448 pixels) with autofocus type, while you get a more basic 2.1 MP unit on the front for video calls. The device also supports video recording up to 1080p@30fps.
The device’s weight tips the scales at 140 grams while its dimensions are 143 x 70.5 x 9.1 mm. The announcement date for this unit was back in December 2012.
